Anita Barone

Barone played in the fourth season Seinfeld Episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham Chef who was seeking Elaine Benes shoes. Barone was cast on Carol & Company, starring alongside Carol Burnett in the early 90s. Barone was Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in the initial Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement when Barone quit Friends to take on a new role that needed additional time. She was on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the first season (from 1995 to 1996) before appearing on The War at Home between 2005 to the year 2007. Barone was also a part of Daddio the sitcom which aired in 2000. Barone also has credits for television appearances, including Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005 for her role in the show One Last Ride. Barone began her character as the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones in 2010 three years after the ending in The War at Home. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones who was the husband of Barone's character on two of the episodes.
